The new data protection regulation – DSGVO – affects all companies and will significantly change the way personal data is handled. This will also affect TIMESYS and all our customers.

We are prepared to ensure compliance with the DSGVO for our customers:

• Personal data: We document where personal data is collected and processed directly or indirectly.
• Data processing and contract processors: We document what happens to the data at all times. We analyze the processes, where and how which data is processed.
• Data protection: We take technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss and the like.
• Duty to provide information: We create processes so that affected persons can exercise their rights in accordance with the DSGVO.
